How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a secure reset link. Apple/Google sign-in users manage passwords through Apple or Google directly.

Why is the meal scanner not finding my food?

For barcodes, make sure the entire barcode is clearly framed and well-lit. For meal photos, try a closer top-down shot. You can always log it manually as a fallback.

How does the AI coach use my data?

Your training history is used only to personalize the coach's responses to you. Your data is never sold or used to train external models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I sync with Apple Health or Google Health Connect?

Yes — iOS connects via Apple HealthKit, Android via Health Connect. You can enable both during onboarding or from the Me tab.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open the store, tap your profile, find Body By Belmars in your subscriptions, and tap Cancel.
