These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Body By Belmars mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Health disclaimer

Body By Belmars provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are sold via in-app subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer the app, or use the AI coach to generate harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

Body By Belmars and its content, branding, and software are the property of Body By Belmars and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (such as journal entries and meal photos).

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body By Belmars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
