Body By Belmars ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Body By Belmars mobile app and this website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, and authentication identifiers (Apple, Google, or email).
• Profile and fitness data — goals, body metrics, workouts, meals, hydration, and journal entries you log in the app.
• Health integrations — with your explicit permission, data imported from Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect.
• Device data — device type, OS version, app version, and crash diagnostics.

How we use it

• To provide and personalize the app's features, including the AI coach.
• To send transactional and (optionally) marketing communications.
• To improve app reliability and performance.
• To comply with legal obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health, workout, or nutrition data to train third-party AI models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to run the app — for example, Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting), Anthropic (AI coach responses), and OpenFoodFacts (barcode lookups). These providers are contractually limited to processing your data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from the Me tab inside the app, or by contacting support.

Children

Body By Belmars is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
