If Home says “You have a program invite waiting”, tap Send link. Open the email from Body By Belmars, tap the link, then come back to the app.

How to accept a program invite
Someone invited you to their program. Verify your email if you're asked to, then join from your Home screen.
Step 2
Tap I've verified to see the invite
Tap I’ve verified. The invite shows who it’s from and the program’s name.
Step 3
Join the program
Tap Accept. If you’re in the middle of Kickstart, the app explains that joining ends it: tap Leave Kickstart & join, or Finish Kickstart first. Your logs and progress stay in your history either way.
Step 4
You're in
The program now shows on Home and in the Programs tab, with who organises it, this week’s plan and the weekly check-in.
