Tap Message on your program card
In the Programs tab, tap Message next to your coach’s name. Their messages are here, plus a note whenever they comment on your journal.

Reply to your coach in the app and find the comments they leave on your journal.

Type your reply and tap the arrow to send it.

Open a comment
Tap View Journal on a comment note to jump to that day.
Step 4
Comments sit at the bottom of the day
Scroll to the bottom of the day to read your coach’s comments. You can answer in Add a comment.

The Chat tab keeps the AI Coach and your coach together in one list.
