On your program card, tap Manage access, then Remove and confirm. They stop seeing your journal straight away.

You decide who sees your journal. Here's how to remove a coach's access, leave a program, or delete one you made.
Step 2
Leave a program someone else runs
Scroll to the bottom of the program card and tap Leave program. It comes off your Home and Programs, and the people running it won’t see your journal anymore. To come back you’ll need a new invite.
Step 3
Delete a program you made
You can’t leave a program you made, but you can delete it: open Program details, tap ⋯, then Delete Program and Remove. What you logged stays in your journal. Deleting a group program deletes it for everyone in it, and each person’s logs stay in their own journal.
